What Information Do We Collect?

The information we collect varies depending upon your activities when visiting our site.

We may also use the information to contact you about new Walkabout products or services from time to time. In order to provide you with the products or services you request, we may need to share your information with third parties who fulfill those requests. California Privacy Rights. Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, customers who are California residents can request certain information about the sharing of their own personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the past year. How Long Do We Keep This Information?

If we develop a business relationship with you as a result of your inquiries on the site, we will retain your information in accordance with our continuing business need to service this relationship. Information collected through this site is retained for two [2] years following the conclusion of our business relationship with you.

It is possible that, at some time in the future, Walkabout may be sold along with its assets, or may engage in business transactions in which customer information is one of the assets transferred. In such a case, the customer information which we have gathered may be one of the business assets we transfer.

My Walkabout Location Tracking

The My Walkabout App Fleet Tracking logs your last known location and does not store a historical log of said data. If enrolled in Fleet Tracking the My Walkabout App collects current location data to enable the My Walkabout App Fleet Tracking feature even when the app is closed or not in use.
